The morning of June 23rd, 2007 on the Coyote Canyon Trail at Syncline in Bingen WA. Decided to go riding on 3 hours of sleep and no breakfast, and clipped a rock watching out for a friend's dog. Clean angular break of the tib-fib 5 inches above the left ankle. Yeah, it sucked, but less than a year later I'm riding again even harder.
